ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order, shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

MOVIXA offers FREE standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $70 or more, calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes.

Orders below $70 are subject to the shipping rates displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the selected shipping service.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping may be available for an additional charge. Selecting an express shipping service affects carrier transit time and does not eliminate MOVIXA's order processing time.

TRACKING

When tracking information is available, customers will receive it after their order has been shipped. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Carrier delays may occasionally occur and can be outside MOVIXA's control.

If your package arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears to be lost, please contact us at support@movixa.us with your order number so we can assist you.
